Each of the seasons of the year offers different field products with different colours and flavours. In our kitchen we have always respected the cycles of nature and adapted our dishes to the legumes, vegetables, fruits and flowers of the season.
This limited edition of the “Olive oil of the Seasons” was created while “listening to its musicality” and always having as background the violin and orchestra concerts of The four seasons of Antonio Lucio Vivaldi (Venice, 1678 – Vienna, 1741).

Olive oil of great elegance and harmony, with an aroma of ripe and green olives. It feels velvety in the palate with a unique complexity of fruits and hints of apple, tomato and almond. It is a very well balanced olive oil, with a persistent end where spiciness prevails over bitterness.
